Reported by david at 11:38 PM EA Games - Challenge *everything*
wah shit.
EA Games really challenges everything, including your patience.
You see, i recently downloaded the highly anticipated demo for Battlefield 2142, a game produced by EA Games. yeah, so i managed to create an account, log in, and see the servers to play from. BUT WHEN I CLICK THE FRICKING "Join Game" ICON, LESS THAN TWO SECONDS BEFORE THE MAP APPEARS BEFORE MY EYES, I get the message, "You have been disconnected from the EA Master Server", and get kicked back to the log in screen. So i think, no biggie, try again. and again. and again, and a-frickin-gain. same result.
Quite ticked off, i then try Battlefield 2, also produced by EA Games. SAME RESULT! WHAT THE HELL? i cant even play on Singaporean servers. Singaporean! Sure, get kicked by American servers for high ping, but SINGAPOREAN?? i can barely walk around for 20 seconds before getting disconnected from the "EA Master Server".
Best thing is, this only happens with *EA Games*. Sierra, Valve, even *Activision*, works fine. My internet is fine, my cables are ok, my router is transmitting, i stopped my illegal activities(heh heh), heck i even reset my whole house's internet connection, and EA Games refuses to let me play. only them. not valve, not sierra.
damn you EA, and your battlefields. but i like their tag lines though. like, "If You Still Have Friends After This, Your're Not Playing Dirty Enough". hahha. makes you wonder, why do you still have friends? hahahaha.
fools.
